When you place an order to purchase a product from www.musicmasterseries.co.uk we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, containing the details of goods ordered and the amount to be charged to your card. Stock will be despatched by our suppliers.

Postage & Packing

We supply customers worldwide via this site. Our postage costs are based on the following rates :-

Within the UK : 1st item £4.00 subsequent items additional £0.25 
Within Europe : 1st item £6.50 subsequent items additional £0.25 
Rest of the World : 1st item £9.00 subsequent items additional £0.25

Orders where the item total is greater than £250 become P&P FREE

Returns

Please note we are unable to accept liability for any item being returned to us that is lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting for returned items.
